He has installed our showers, our toilets, fixed our taps, and most recently, he helped us identify a massive sewer drain blockage. Not content with just finding out that the drain was blocked, he spent the remainder of the time we’d paid for trying to unblock the drain. He went out of his way to try to help, and when we realized that was just not going to work, he recommended drain specialists, who resolved the issue for us effectively and promptly.
