Flowfix Plumbing, your friendly local plumbers, is expanding the team.
Dave and Colette, the proud owners of Flowfix Plumbing, have been serving the area with top-notch plumbing services for years. Now they’re ready to take their business to new heights.
On the hunt for a new plumber
Dave and Colette are looking to welcome a new plumber on board. And they’re looking for someone who will fit right in with their values and dedication to the community.
“We’re going to take on another plumber. We don’t want to be massive. We just want to do a good job for the community,” Dave tells us.
It’s about serving the community
Flowfix Plumbing believes in quality over quantity, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service and attention.
“Definitely growing so that we’re able to help more people in the community,” adds Colette. “Finding the right person who fits in with us is really important. We want somebody to grow with us; this is not just about Dave and Colette forever. We want someone to come in, become part of our business, and grow alongside us.”
For Dave and Colette, it’s not just about hiring an employee; it’s about finding a teammate who can grow alongside them. They want someone who will become an integral part of the business, contributing ideas and helping shape its future. The FlowFix Plumbing team believes in collaboration and wants their new member to have a voice, sharing insights, suggestions, and innovative solutions. If it’s a brilliant idea, they’re all for it
The person who joins Flowfix Plumbing won’t just be an employee; they will become part of the Flowfix family.
“We want them to be part of who we are, who Flowfix Plumbing is,” Colette explains. “We want them to be able to say, ‘You know, this is what I think you should be doing,’ or ‘Have you thought about this?’ And if it’s a great idea, let’s do it. Let’s run with it.”
Wanting to remain your local plumber
They’re not looking to become a huge plumbing firm. Dave emphasises the importance of being ‘local plumbers’ and maintaining their close-knit family business atmosphere.
“I don’t want to be 40 men,” he stresses. “Because then I think you lose the essence. From a family business to just a business.” Colette agrees, adding, “You kind of lose touch with your customers. We don’t want to lose touch with our customers. We want them to still know who we are.”
Maintaining a personal touch is crucial for Dave and Colette. They want to stay connected to their valued customers and ensure that the spirit of their family business remains intact. The new team member will play a vital role in upholding these values, reinforcing the strong bond between FlowFix Plumbing and the community they proudly serve.
